After visiting the city, I went back to IBA to meet the other players, considering I had a great time with them and because Simon told me that he would like to have a party for his departure. No sooner said than done, in less than an hour I reached the school by subway, and we went to eat a korean pizza: I must admit I ate worst pizzas in Italy, so I can say it was a positive experience. Maybe I was just starving, that's why it tasted so good! We went back to IBA, and to kill the time before meeting with other Simon's friends, I played a game with Boris Bernadsky, 3k from New York: it's a 19 years old boy, he arrived the 31th of Dicember and he will be at IBA until June. In his business card he defines himself: "Traveler, Baduk player".

While we play, other two players I didn't met yesterday came, Alexa 3d from Hungary and Javier Alexi 5d from Finland. The other people I already met were Pascal 3d from Quebec (Canada), Tatu Heiskanen 1d from Finland, Simon 3d from Germany and obviously Boris who I'm playing with. As a teacher, other than Lee Ki-Bong, there's also Kwan Haekwang, 19 years old 7d: he can speak a little bit of english, a really helpful and nice person.
The game against Boris is the focus of a discussion. At middlegame we had to go out: who was ahead? A survey gives black (me) ahead with everybody's judge but Javier (not a good thing...). The fight on the center is very tight and unsure. We had time to finish, and at the endgame Boris resigned. 2 on 2 for me here at IBA! Well, I'm sure it will be diffucult to win other games at KBC, I think I'm the worst player there!!

To celebrate Simon's departure, we went with other 3 chinese Simon's friends in a bar to toast and eat something. A quiet night but very nice: we also played "This-is-the-game-of-death", a kind of russian roulette to decide who had to drink... The game got harder when, in addition to drinking, the lossed had to sing a song in his own language. Fortunately I didn't had to!! I had to say goodbye quite soon because I was worried about the latest subway running (it closes at about midnight). Thanks everybody for the party!!
