Friday night as usual we had a little party, and we got the chance to listen to some Mongolian pop music that Tungalag took from home. Despite some resistance, we started to play a game with 4 goban in a 38x38 board, but after some "small" mistakes still in fuseki Gabriel decided to resign... what a pity!

This week I think there are not many interesting news. Maybe the weather is getting better and so we spend our time outside to study and play more than in the playing room. In the League games I'm not having good results this week, never mind, I hope to recover the next one!

From this Friday a new schedule will become effective: indeed, as someone noticed recently, we were sluggish. You can see the new rules in the pictures, you can comment them, I know you're always quite interested in this kind of things!
Another news is that this weekend korean kids should come as new students, but we don't know more details at the moment, as in the typical korean style. We don't even know a lot about the next weekend except that there's a tournament in Busan (부산 in korean) in the South-Est coast of the korean peninsula, but we don't know exactly who is going because there's no space for everybody.

This Sunday our schedule was to take part to a sport event in the school's field in the near town. Many teams of the nearest towns met during this event to challenge each other in many discipline: soccer, volley, marathon (but only 6km), skipping with a 10-people team, tug of war with a 20-people team, weight lifting (ground bag). Inside the area there were many barbeques always cooking, space for choreographic exhibition, room to sit and eat, some stalls. Pedro was second at the marathon, I and Francesco were around seven-eight position, while Janine was first in the female section (there wasn't a big competition, only few 10 years old girls). Then we won the prize for the most numerous team. Scott won the weight lifting competition (and he won some dund bag). The team of our town (but we could only participate with Scott) won the tug of war after many minutes of dispute and protest for I really don't know what. About soccer, the team of our town (with me, Pedro, Pavol, Francesco) sadly lost 2-0, and we also missed a penalty. Beyond everything, a really nice experience!

Saturday we played in the afternoon a kind of team tournament with a little korean group. In the first round things didn't go too badly, but in the second round it was almost a disaster. Later in the afternoon Alexa and Javier from Seoul joined us, finally they could come here and see KBC live. After the tournament, we had a typical korean barbeque, but sadly under the curtain because it was raining a bit: the food (particularly the meat) was excellent as always, and despite it was cold we enjoyed the dinner party. At night me, Gabriel, Alexa and Javier chatted a little bit, we replayed a professional game, and then we played some blitz games until the other joined us, because they were in the computer room and in the study room where koreans were singing norebang.
